We know that pet preferences can be as unique as a pawprint, and we want to make sure that our customers are head over tails for our treats. We also want to make sure that their Pawrents aren’t out of pocket on account of a picky palate!

It can be frustrating when your pup turns their nose up at a treat, and we at Waggleworthy want to do everything we can to reduce waste. With this in mind, we have our Picky Pup Promise, which allows you to test out our treats before you commit to a full size bag!

How it works : 

• Place your order for treats
• If it is your first order, we’ll send a sample pack of treats alongside your order
• Try your dog with treats from the sample pack - give them some time to sniff it out! This may be a new taste and texture and your pup could be unsure at first.
  
• If they like them - Bust open that big bag!
• If they’re not a fan - Do not open your main pack of treats and return them to us for a full refund!

The small print : 

To receive a full refund, ensure that the treats you ordered are unopened and not damaged. This ensures that we can restock them and reduce waste. Please enclose your order’s packing slip when you return the item so we can check all is present and correct and we have your details to issue a refund. We are unable to cover return postage costs. We are only able to issue a full refund after we have received the return. Please note that our Pure Scottish Salmon Oil is not covered by the promise.
